Having trouble waking, rolling out of bed and getting your day started? Well, here’s a quick morning workout that I like to do to get warmed up and ready to start my day. You don’t have to go downstairs or to another room. The little space right next to your bed is all you need! All the workout consist of is:
- 5 Push ups (or as many as you can do without stopping)
- 50 Bicycles (or as many as you can do without stopping)
Do these one after the other and that will equal 1 set. It may seem like it’s easy. Now, do at least 4 sets and tell me what you think! But, you have to try it first before you decide.
