  1. Oh God, I love this pic! It makes me feel like reaching new heights. That’s for calling it out – i.e. lately the feeling I need to quit brisk walking and calling it exercise plateau.

    I do need to change it up. I’m not a weight lifting type, but dumbbells can be helpful in burning calories…and can I say, too, giving some tone to the arms.
