This story is just another reason why REAL WHOLE-FOOD BASED NUTRITION in our lives are so much more important than we realize.

  • Most Processed Foods Are Low in Nutrients
  • Processed Foods Tend to be Low in Fiber
  • It Requires Less Energy and Time to Digest Processed Foods
  • Processed Foods Are Often High in Trans Fats or Processed Vegetable Oils

My point is that not only are we putting these life-threatening ingredients in our bodies, we don’t know what else could be found in them that could play a major role in our health. We rely on people and machines to process these foods, leaving plastics and all kinds of other things mixed in.

It could potentially be very dangerous and hazardous to our health.
