Day 4: 30-Day Meditation Challenge

Sometimes holding on to a challenging memory or a negative experience can weigh us down and limit our true potential. Spend a few minutes reflecting on a burden you are carrying at present. Imagine what it would be like to just let it go. Close your eyes and visualize placing this burden in a small box. Visualize attaching it to a green leaf and placing it in a stream of water. When you are ready, allow yourself to let your grip go and release it. Follow it while it floats downstream until it vanishes in the distance.

In order to be successful at reaching your goals, there are going to be many things that you have to let go. Start now using this meditation challenge to open you up to a world of possibilities.
