Day 10: 30-Day Meditation Challenge

In your space, practice being still – clearing your mind. No thoughts, just focus on your senses.

  1. What are you feeling?
  2. What noises do you hear?

Sit in it as you practice your meditation and breathing.

Consider trying this when you wake up in the morning, lying still before getting out of bed. Notice your senses. How do the sheets feel? What noises do you hear? Notice the light entering your eyes, etc.

Get grounded before you start your day, or as you end your day. This can be a great way to clear your mind before taking action, allowing you to clear out old thoughts, recharge, and renew for a new day.

If you practice this before going to bed, it will allow you to clear out your day’s events and stressors, making for a restful sleep.
