Maintaining consistent effort in your self-love journey only helps to improve your love and relationship with yourself. Just like in a partnership, marriage, friendship, etc., you have to put forth effort consistently. Here’s why…
Self-love is mindfulness! Being mindful of how you react to other people and situations is key to self-care, and is therefore selflove. Listen to the video to hear more…
Have you ever wanted to do something so bad yet didn’t want to go solo so you decided not to go, but later found out you missed out on a really good thing?
I have done this a million times, and a million times I have wanted to kick myself because I found out I missed out on something really nice. Well, I have gotten to a point in my life where I have realized life is too short to wait on others to enjoy something that really interests me. Of course I would prefer to have someone to share experiences with, but it doesn’t always work out that way.
If you can’t find someone to go, it doesn’t mean you can’t go. It is more important that you JUST GO, if possible! You never really know the outcome of attending alone. It is more than likely that you will make a new friend, or run into someone you know whom you had know idea had similar interests. You may find someone whom you can ultimately hang out with going forward.
It is easy to focus on the negative which blocks you from enjoying your life, but it is important to consider the positive alternatives, step out of your comfort zone, and just do what you like to do!

Many of the reasons we have health issues as we get older is because we have never really paid attention to what we consume, and a lot of the things we consume are really bad for us. If you truly love yourself, you will start paying attention to things you consume and their effects on your health – mentally and physically.
From my own research, I have learned a lot about clean eating, health, wellness and fitness, but there is always more to learn. No one knows everything. So, I met with my friend Viktoria, a Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, and I have learned so much more!

Self Love is self-control and confidence!
Are you controlling your thoughts, what you put into your body, and how you maintain your body?
Are you confident? Do you know your own value? Do you find yourself always trying to prove something?
Self love is about controlling yourself – your positive and negative thoughts, what you put into your body, and how you maintain your body. It is also about confidence- building your own self esteem and maintaining it, as well as knowing your value. It is not about trying to prove yourself worthy!
It’s time to practice selflove! Start somewhere today!
The right mindset begins with self-love, developing your mental fitness, and improving your mental health, wellness, and physical fitness.
When you feel good about yourself then you can feel good about everything that’s going on around you. Today begins my new series called #SelfLoveSundays where I will share, inform, educate, and discuss with you different ways of selflove and selfcare that will help you to improve your mental health and overall well being!
Be sure to leave questions, comments, and feedback on anything you want to share or discuss. You may also email or send a direct message to me on Instagram or Snapchat.
