Day 28: Day 1 Reflection

As you have taken this 30-Day Meditation Challenge to build momentum and confidence within yourself to achieve your goal(s) you have set for your journey, how do you feel about your goal(s) now?

Are you ready to move forward with real action towards achieving your goals? Listen to your intuition. What does your intuition tell you do? 

Day 26: What Are You Passionate About?

In your space today, consider the things you are passionate about. Are you living out those passions? Working to achieve them? Or, yet to act on them?

As you practice your deep breathing, consider where you are vs. where you want to be, as it pertains to your goals and dreams.

What are your next steps? Visualize yourself actively completing the steps you need to take to move forward.

When you return to center, and open your eyes, what will you do?

Day 24: Your Breathing Practice

In your space, bring your focus to your breath.

Breathe through the diaphragm not through the chest. Gently place both your palms on each side of your belly (just below your belly button). 

When inhaling, expand your diaphragm to the point where you can see your hands rising on your belly. Make sure your chest does not rise as well. When exhaling, suck your tummy in towards your back, and continue as to squeeze as much air out as possible. Expelling all of that carbon dioxide from your lungs to inhale again so fresh air.

Try doing this as slowly as possible. When you feel more confident with this type of breathing, count to four when inhaling and to six when exhaling.
