HI! Just want to let you know that we’re on the same page about drinking water. I have two pages relating to it, if you want to check it out.

Before visiting my dietitian today, I would drink 4 to 6 500 ml bottles of water per day. She’s now saying to increase it by another 2 500 ml. I can handle it but the thing is my total body water is still below the normal range. I am currently at 43.2%.

What is that equivalent to as it relates to ounces?

Two 500 ml bottles is 1 litre and is about 33.8 ounces (Google search “how many ounces in 1 litre”).
