For those of you who do not follow my Facebook page, here’s an update. Every week I have been tracking how much weight I’ve lifted on my leg press. About two months ago, I could only press 270 lbs. Each week I’ve been increasing the weight. I’ve been snapping photos of the machine with the weights on it. This time, I videotaped it – for those non-believers.
